Terms & Conditions

1.Booking and money: Once money is received, the booking is confirmed. The full payment must be submitted 30 days before departure.

2.Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 30 days before departure are completely refunded. Cancellations within 30 days may result in a cost of up to 50%.

3.Liability: KinnaritTravels accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from unanticipated circumstances such as natural catastrophes or political events.

4.Travel Insurance: We strongly advise getting travel insurance to cover any emergencies, cancellations, or unexpected travel concerns.

5.Changes to schedule: We have the right to modify the schedule due to weather circumstances or safety concerns. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

6.Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and will use your personal information exclusively for travel-related purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your permission.

7.Customer Responsibilities: Travelers must ensure that their travel documentation (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and up to date. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denied admission, and we are not liable for any resulting complications.

8.Governing Law: These agreements are governed by the laws of Poland, with any disputes settled in local courts.
